Bondan Abraham<br>Tema : To Lead or Not to Lead<br>Ayat Pokok : Mat 12:25<br>Link : https:\/\/youtu.be\/KtGePMEM3dQ<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minggu lalu kita telah belajar bahwa Iblis menggunakan stretegi memecah belah hubungan kita dengan Tuhan di dalam kerajaan Allah, gereja lokal dan keluarga (Mat 12:25)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saat bangsa Israel berdiri, Allah menggunakan Musa untuk memimpin sebagai wakil dari Allah. Kepemimpinan ini disebut Teokrasi, kepemimpinan dari Tuhan. Dalam perjalanannya kemudian, Allah menugaskan pemimpin-pemimpin lain untuk membantu Musa. Di zaman Samuel, bangsa Israel meminta untuk memiliki raja, seperti bangsa-bangsa lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam gereja lokal, manajemen gereja dapat dikelola oleh profesional. Namun kepemimpinan rohani tetap dipegang oleh Gembala sebagai penerima otoritas dari Allah yang merupakan kepala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Kej 3:6) Di taman eden, Adam adalah gembala bagi Hawa. Iblis memperdaya Hawa sehingga ia melanggar perintah Adam yang juga dari Allah. Hawa kemudian memakan buah itu dan memberikannya kepada Adam. Pola yang sama dilakukan oleh Iblis. Iblis berusaha memperdaya anak-anak Tuhan sehingga terjadi perpecahan antara jemaat gereja dengan gembalanya. Bahkan ada sebagian umat yang berusaha untuk mengatur gembalanya untuk mengikuti jalan pikiran mereka yang telah dipengaruhi iblis (Bil 12:1-2, Luk 10:40, Mat 16:21-23)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal ini membuat gembala mengalami dilema, antara harus mengikuti keinginan sebagian umatnya, atau taat kepada Kristus sebagai Kepala. Gembala harus bertanggung-jawab kepada Tuhan sebagai kepala. Apabila gembala salah mengajar, Tuhan tidak akan tinggal diam. Domba harus menghormati otoritas gembala yang diberikan oleh Tuhan. Berhati-hatilah agar kita tidak terkena strategi iblis untuk memecah belah jemaat dengan gembala dan pemimpin gereja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kedekatan dengan gembala hendaknya tidak digunakan untuk mempengaruhi gembala, tapi gunakanlah untuk belajar. Saat kita bingung dengan berbagai pengajaran di luaran, kita bisa gunakan kedekatan kita dengan gembala untuk bertanya dan diskusi firman Tuhan. Gembala dan pemimpin gereja-gereja lokal telah ditetapkan untuk menjaga jiwa domba-dombanya (Ibr 13:17). Taatilah gembala dan pemimpin-pemimpin gereja kita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1 Kor 3:1-3) Iblis juga akan berusaha agar terjadi perpecahan antara jemaat dengan jemaat. Perpecahan ini dimulai dari rasa hebat satu dengan yang lain. Rasa hebat itu digunakan untuk mengintimidasi jemaat yang lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1 Kor 12:12-27) Tubuh Kristus yang dewasa mengerti bahwa sebagai jemaat kita saling membutuhkan. Bagian-bagian tubuh Kristus yang lebih lemah justru harus lebih diperhatikan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hendaklah kita penuh dengan Roh Kudus, yang akan menuntun kita ke dalam segala kebenaran. Roh Kudus memiliki karakter yang tertib, teratur dan taat. Roh Kudus tidak akan memakai kita untuk menjadi pemberontak dan memecah-belah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gembala akan tetap memimpin sesuai dengan aturan Tuhan sebagai kepala. Waspadalah jangan sampai kita dipakai iblis untuk memecah belah. Mari kita bertumbuh. Nikmati prosesnya dan usahakan pertumbuhannya.
